Lachine, Jacques Cartier and Maisonneuve Ry.—The Dominion Parliament has declared the company's line to be a work for the general advantage of Canada; extended the time fixed for construction; continued an agreement made in 1910 with the city of Montréal, and authorized the company to enter into agreements with other railway companies.
