Canadian Northern Railway construction, betterments, etc.
Canadian Northern Québec Ry.—It is expected that the new car and machine shops at Limoilou, a suburb of Québec, will be completed by Nov. 30. Nothing definite has yet been decided as to the company's terminals in Québec, but negotiations are going on between the city and the company, and how they will turn out depends a good deal upon what will be done by the Dominion Government in connection with the terminals for the National Transcontinental Railway. The C.N.Q. Ry. has a large are of land at Cap Rouge, and it is said that this is to be developed for the company's steamships harbor.
