The Canadian National Railways have awarded a contract to the Union Switch & Signal Company, Swissvale, Pa., for the necessary material to be used in connection with the installation of four automatic block signals for gauntlet protection at the Red Deep River bridge near Drumheller, Alberta, Canada. Style "S" 10-volt d. c. signals will be used and operated by primary batteries. The installation will be done by railway forces.
