Report of Reeve and Deputy—We beg to report that before accepting road at Raikes' crossing from the G.T.R. Co., we have asked the said company to remove the stumps and level the sides of the road east of the bridge to Caldwell's crossing. Also to agree to maintain the bridge and all the railing on north side of bridge and road-bed under railing, the Township Council to agree to maintain the approaches and railway on south side of the bridge on condition that the G.T.R. give the Township all the gravel adjoining our road on the south side of the G.T.R. pit.

McArthur—Smith—Report adopted. The matter of taking over of overhead bridge as Raikes' crossing was left with the Reeve and Deputy-Reeve and when arrangements are completed to issue order on treasurer for the amount to be paid by Township, namely $500.
