Hornepayne station.—A large new station at Hornepayne, the division point on the Canadian Northern Ry., 721 miles west of Montréal, was opened Oct. 22. It is a brick building, 134×34 ft., with a platform about 1,000 ft. long and from 12 to 25 ft. wide. On the ground floor are general and women's waiting rooms, baggage and express rooms, ticket and telegraph offices. The divisional offices are on the first floor.
