Bala Subdivision highway crossings.—In reference to the Board of Railway Commissioners' orders 37,219 to 37,221, passed Jan. 5, authorizing the C.N.R. to cross highways at mile 83.8, 85.5 and 87.03, Bala Subdivision, Capreol Division, Northern Ontario District, we are advised officially that orders for the crossings were not obtained at the time the line was built by the Canadian Northern Ry., and that the omission has now been rectified.
