The Directorate for 1944, elected at the Director's Meeting of Jan. 21, identical with that of 1943, except for one office, Basil Headford replacing Stuart Westland as Acting Secretary-Treasurer, as the latter found it necessary to resign.
At the regular meeting on the same evening, Jan. 21st., Basil Headford gave a talk before the Society concerning Colorado railroads, illustrated by a map. The meeting of Feb. 11th., featured an address on
